As the pokemon heroes travel to Crown city, they see on television that a man named Kodai has the three legendary Pokemon Entei, Scuicune, and Raikou. The heroes travel in hope to seeing his show with these pokemon. Little did they know they were illusions created by the pokemon Zoroark. Zoroark is doing it against his will in order for Kodai to achieve his goal of recovering his psychic powers of telling the future. He has obtained these powers before and it has weaken so he must obtain them again. He knows that only the Pokemon Celebi can help him get his powers back because Celebi came from a time portal and with that time portal energy he can get his powers. Ash and his friends try to stop him even though Kodai knows they are his opposition.
